Deposits are typically processed instantly or within minutes of successful transaction confirmation. In rare cases, technical delays may occur due to banking system maintenance or network issues. Before your first withdrawal, you must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification by submitting a government-issued photo ID (KTP, passport, or driver's license) and proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months). Verification typically takes 24-48 hours. Withdrawals will be held until verification is successfully completed.

Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, meaning you must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. For example, a Rp 1,000,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires Rp 30,000,000 in total wagers before withdrawal is permitted. Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino 10%, and sports betting 50%.
Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, collusion, matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any other strategy designed to guarantee profit from bonuses, is strictly prohibited. 7sivp reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts suspected of bonus abuse.
7sivp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already claimed and in active wagering, but may apply to future claims.
All Users must engage in fair play at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited: use of bots, automated betting software, or artificial intelligence; collusion with other players; exploiting software bugs or game malfunctions; reverse engineering or attempting to manipulate game outcomes; and any other form of cheating or fraudulent activity.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you after deducting any applicable fees or charges. Closure requests are typically processed within 7 business days.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. Inactive accounts may be subject to monthly maintenance fees of Rp 50,000 or 5% of the remaining balance, whichever is lower, until the balance is depleted or the account is reactivated.
All content on the 7sivp platform, including logos, graphics, text, software, game content, and design elements, is the property of 7sivp or our licensed partners and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written permission.
In the event of a dispute between you and 7sivp, we encourage you to contact our customer support team to seek resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation, the matter shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 7sivp operates. Any legal proceedings must be brought individually and not as part of a class action.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to online gaming platforms serving the Indonesian market.
